Al Souda Development Company

Al-Soudah Company is owned by the Public Investment Fund and is expected to invest more than 11 billion riyals for the development of Aseer to enhance its architecture and develop the tourism and entertainment sectors. Al-Soudah and parts of Rijal Almaa Governorate will become luxury mountain tourist destinations, characterized by their authentic culture, unique heritage and charming nature, offering various accomodation and entertainment options.

The company seeks to benefit from the region’s natural surroundings, diverse atmosphere and picturesque landscapes, as it includes the highest peak in the Kingdom with a height of more than 3000 meters above sea level.
